going to add an extra 10 syns for last night as i had a chunk of naan bread and 6 cubes from a block of dairy milk. so 71.5syns left

Sunday - green
breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and banana - hex b and some of a

lunch - tomatoe and basil pasta n sauce with 21g reduced fat chedder - half hex a
shap yog

dinner - 2 slices of ww bread toasted with beans and cheese - hex a and b, 2 syns for marg


total syns for day - 2
total left for week - 69.5syns

going to attempt some sw quiche and baby pots, its a bacon, ham and mushroom quiche so will make this a red day. will report back on syns in the morning if i have any!
 
okay so monday ended up

bowl of porridge with skimmed milk and banana - hex b and some of a
sw quiche with rest of hex a cheese and baby new pots hex b 1 syn for marg
wholemeal roll with cheese and margerine - 14syns

total 15 syns
total left 54.5syns
 
tuesday - still not 100% but will try to eat as best as i can
red day
breakfast - shape yog and banana

lunch - cheese on wholemeal roll with cheese curls- hex a and b, 2 syns for marg and extra bread and 3.5syns for crisps

dinner - just chucked chicken thights, onion, courgette, peppers, mushroom, garlic, tinned toms, chicken stock and garlic into the slow cooker. will serve with a jacket potatoe - hex b + 1 syn for marg

gone off the plan a bit with my illness but still expecting a loss tonight.

Fridays plan - EE
Breakfast - eggs, bacon, beans, 1 slice of ww bread for 2 syns
lunch - cheese and leek pasta n sauce - 1 syn
dinner - home made sw burgers with bacon and cheese on wholemeal bun - hex a and b - 1 syn for ketchup served with sw chips
 
okay few little changes to friday, would take this as a red day if it wasnt for the blooming baked beans!

breakfast - banana, apple, cupe of tea
lunch - eggs, bacon, beans, 1 slice of ww toast - 2 syns
dinner - home made sw burgers with bacon and hex a cheese on wholemeal bun hex b and sw chips, 1 syn for mayo and 2 syns for extra bread as it was bigger than 57g.
evening treat - galaxy bar - 12.5syns

total syns 17.5
total left 87.5

saturday...we are going to a halloween party later so will try not to eat anything as we are having a takeaway as well when we get in!

breakfast - readybrek, brew, shape yog (heb)
lunch - jacket with beans and cheese (hea)
dinner - half a portion of chicken korma with boiled rice - 16.5syns

total left:71syns
 
okay so i have been super angelic and decided against the take away and also not one thing passed my lips at the party! not even a drink as it was all full fat or alcohol! ill re do my plan..

dinner - jacket spud with tuna and mayo - 1.5syns

lunch - apple and alpen light - (only going to say 1 syn as i didnt use all my hex b)
dinner - jackt spud with cheese and marg - 1 syn

not wrote on here for a few days, ive not been mega bad or anything, i just havent wrote it down and now i cant rememeber so ill start a fresh.
Wednesday - EE
breakfast - 3 ww danish with 2 boiled eggs, 2 syns for margerine + hexb
lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese
dinner - spaghetti bolognaise with cheese on top - hex a
evening treat - options hot choc - 2, merangue with fruit and yoghurt - 2.5
total synage - 6.5
 
1lb off last night. have now got 2lb to go to get my 1.5stone award. I really want it next week so im going to try and stay around 5 syns a day and eat a speed food at every meal

friday - EE
breakfast - bacon, beans, eggs and 1 ww danish
lunch - chicken sandwhich on ww danish with 2 tblspoon extra low mayo - 1 syn
dinner - 2 sausages, mash and beans - 4 syns
 
gosh what a disaster the last few days have been. Friday night i went out and consumed god knows how many syns, then yesterday i ate like a pig, literally, with my hangover. Choc cake, white baguette, greasy spoon fry up, the lot! :S Got a family party today, going to have to try not to eat anything there today, otherwise im going to pile it on!!

tuesdays plan - ee

dinner - sw mushy pea chicken curry with rice and sw wedges
evening - options hot choc (2) muller light
 
okay good day today so far! not had any syns as yet but i plan on having a hot choc later (2), 1 tesco jaffa cakes (2) and 4 mikado (2)


Wednesdays plan - EE

breakfast - eggs, bacon, beans
lunch - tomatoe pasta n sauce with parmasan (hex a)
dinner - syn free cottage pie with beans
evening - half of sugar free jelly (1 syn), hot choc (2), 2 alpen light (hex b)
 
another good day today - 6 syns so far, probably wont use anymore. Weigh in tomorrow, expecting a 1-2lb gain, will be very happy with a maintain and shocked at a loss!!

Thursdays plan - EE
breakfast - muller light, fruit and cup of tea
lunch - left over cottage pie and beans
dinner - sw cheese and bacon burgers on a wholemeal roll with baby new pots.
 
another good day so far, WI tonight, arrghh got to face the music i guess!

Fridays plan (working 12-5)
Breakfast - poached eggs, beans, bacon and a cup of tea
lunch - 3 ww danish (heb) and 1 tin of heinz ravioli - 1.5syn
break at work - apple, banana, alpen light - 3
dinner - jacket potato with cottage cheese
treat - highlights dark choc (1.5), 2 jaffas (4) muller lights
 
had a maintain last night which is fab all things considered! Star week and 4/5 horrendous diet dayd (including white baguettes, donaughts, choc cake, a greasy spoon fry up, pre packed sanswhiches etc)

Just wanted to note that i used 13 syns yesterday so 92 left for the week. I have a party on saturday night where i wil be drinking (will avoid the food) so im going to have a low syn day today and carry what i have left over to cover my alcohol!)
 
1.5 syns yesterday leaving me with 90.5 (prob use about 50 on booze tonight!!)

Breakfast - bacon sandwhich on 2 ww danish
lunch - left over burger on 1 ww danish, cheese (hex a) and 2 tblsp mayo - 1 syn
dinner - pasta n sauce
