okay holiday over, i dread to think what i have put on!! back to it tomorrow.

extra easy
b - banana, strawbs and apple with natural yoghurt
l - 4 ryvita (b) with 4 ellc triangles, banana, apple and water
d - chicken breast stuffed with 4 el lc traingles and garlic and wrapped in bacon, with jacket potato and peas (2)

Cup of tea (.5) and 4 jaffa cakes (8)

total 10.5

Tuesday - Red

b - mixed fruits and natural yoghurt
l - 4 ryvita (b) and 4 triangles, ham and apple and banana
d - syn free bolognaise made with ex lean mince, mushrooms, onions, celery, tinned toms, passata and 100g wholemeal pasta (b) topped with 28g parmasan (a)
 
wednesday - ee
b - 2 weetabix (b)and splash of skimmed milk (2) and an apple
l - jacket potato with beans and 1 ellc triangle (1)
d - syn free bolognaise with pasta and 28g reduced fat cheese (a)
 
Thursday - extra easy

b - shape yoghurt
l - 4 ryvita (b) with 6 ellc triangles (a)
d - WW lasagne (5.5) with jacket potato (1 for margerine)
 
Friday - EE

b - strawbs, banana, grapes, apple and natural yoghurt
l - left over bolognaise and pasta
d - jacket potato and tuna with 3 spoons of extra light mayo (1.5)

evening - 2 ryvita (b), 6 triangles (a)1 skinny cow mint choc ice cream (4.5)

saturday started off well but ended pretty badly...oops, but i did do lots of body magic!

sunday....EE

b - 2 weetabix with splash of skimmed milk and banana (b + 1/2 a)
half a punnet of grapes
l - not too sure yet but it will be free. Will update later
d - slow cooked chicken, carrots, sw roasties, peas and gravy (2)
evening - skinny cow ice cream (4.5)
 
monday...ee

b - 2 slices of nimble (b) with margerine and jam (2), activia ff yoghurt, grapes
l - tin of spaghetti hoops, apple and banana
d - chicken breast in a sauce made from 6 ellc triangles melted (A), garlic and bacon with a jacket potato and veggies
 
tuesday...EE

b - weetabix and skimmed milk (a + b)
l - tin of ravioli (2.5)
cup of coffee and mini choc (2.5)
d - ww lasagne (5.5) with baby new pots and salad

skinny cow ice cream - 4.5

total syns - 15

work out: 45 mins cardio

Wednesday - EE

l - home made veg soup made from - carrots, red peppers, lentils, onion, potato and veg stock. with 4 ryvita + 6 el lc triangles ( a + b)

d - large jacket potato with beans and salad

dinner - home made syn free cottage pie and beans



Friday - RED

l - eggs, bacon and plummed toms
d - 4 ryvita (b), 6 cheeses (a), hard boiled eggs and chicken

evening - 2 nimble toasted with marg and jam (2)

Saturday - EE

b - bacon, eggs and beans, 2 nimble toasted (b)
l - (at work, only get 20 mins) tin of spag hoops
d - left over cottage pie and beans

Sunday - Red

B - fruit and yoghurt
L - bacon and egg on toasted nimble (b)
D - gammon, eggs, sausages (2) and medium spud (b)

Monday - red

b - fruit and yoghurt
l - 4 ryvita with 6 ellc triangles (a + b) and chicken and sausage (2)
d - WW lasagne and jp (6 + b)

Tuesday - Red

b - 2 weetabix and skimmed milk ( a + b)
l - tin of tuna, fruit
d - syn free bolognaise and 100g wholemeal pasta (b) with cheese (a)

Wednesday - Red

b - egg and bacon on toast (b)
l - left over bolognaise sauce with cheese (a)
d - chicken drum sticks with sw chips made from (b) and veg

Well done on your weight loss, thats fantastic.
I plan my meals 7 days ahead....subject to change of course lol

You like the same kind of foods as me, i've promised this time to keep my diary come what may, the good and the bad!
I had a heavy day on sunday as we were out for mother's day, putting it down in writing is scary though! but I do think it slowed me down as could normally do far worse lol

Aww thankyou - i had half an easter egg after WI in last night but i had all my syns left and reckon it was about 14-15 syns at 250cals so should be ok. Yeah im into just normal foods really, dont do fish or much veg (tut tut, need to try more!) although i tried sweet potato on my cottage pie last night which was nice! Good luck with your weight loss, ill look out for your diary xx
 
Sat changed slightly

l - (at work 20 min break) so 1 tin of spaghetti hoops and an apple and banana
d - syn free cottage pie (made with lots of veggies and topped with sweet potato) and baked beans
evening - 1 curly wurly (6), 8 mikados (4), fruit and yoghurt
 
poo....was good all of saturday until i finished work after an extremely busy day (i work at waitrose) and i caved into the pattiserrie and had a chocolate brownie cake....and a pizza....and dough balls...and garlic bread...and half an easter egg...and a creme egg. **** :(

Sunday

l - 2 ryvita (b), 2 cheeses
d - gammon, 2 sausages (2), sw chips (b), 2 eggs

Mmmmmm I used to love Waitrose pre SW....now I try to avoid like the plague....there cakes are to die for. I think you need to congratulate yourself on every good SW day for not caving in!:)

you get an okay amount, its 100g cooked or 35g dried. It was enough to fill me up. Dont know if its these red days but the last few day i have felt awful!! So tried, moody, head achey and dizzy. Think ill go back to EE tomorrow! I cant even do my work outs as everything is really taking it out of me and i get horible chest pains as soon as i start :S.

Weigh in tomorrow - think i might get a pound off if im lucky. Also going to a wedding on friday night but i have decided not to drink because it leads to night time munchies, then a horrible hangover which leads to more junk food and basically a downwards spiral! xxx
