Had 9 syns and did my work out today. Lost 2lb at weigh in.

Fridays plan....EE

b- Egg and bacon on toast (b +1 for marg)
l - tomato pasta and sauce with cheese (a)
d - home made syn free cottage pie with beans
evening - frozen yoghurt

Saturdays plan....EE

B - egg and bacon on toast (b +1)
l - ravioli - 1.5
d - chicken, bacon and home made roasties with gravy (2)
evening - frozen yoggy
 
went a bit off plan last night, not too bad but i have a hot cross bun with margerine. Not sure on the syns but id only used 4 syns on other things. Just wanted to note i have done my workout again and did a bit extra - im sweating soo much! thats 3/5 for this week (to complete before WI on thurs)
 
Sundays plan...Red

b - 2 weetabix with banana (b)
l - tub of cottage cheese, fruit
d - chicken, bacon, roasties (made from b), 1 mini yorkshire pud (2) and gravy (2)
 
We were sooo close to ordering a dominos last night but at the last minute decided i didnt want to ruin my hardwork so had a tin of spaghetti instead!! <Smug

Mondays plan.....EE
B - banana, grapes and muller
l - left over cottage pie
d - spag bol (4) and cheese (a)
evening - skinny cow ice cream (4.5)
have a b to use up to so will have some alpens or toast if i get hungry

Tuesdays plan......EE

b - banana, grapes, bluberrys, muller
l - ravioli - (2.5)
dinner - 2 ww sausages (2), eggs, bacon, beans and sw chips with 2 x nimble (b)
 
Thursdays plan....Red - its weigh in night again!!

b - apple
l - 2 slices of nimble (b) with 2 poached eggs and trimmed bacon with a tin of chopped toms
d - WW lasagne (6) with 198g new potatos(b)

fridays plan...RED (going to do as much red as i can for a week to see if i get better results, although i do find it harder)

breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with half tin of chopped toms.
lunch - roast chicken sandwhich (b) with extra light mayo (1)
will graze on fruit, yoghurts and chicken all afternoon
dinner (will be late as working till 9.30) - roast chicken, brocolli, 198new pots (b) with gravy (2)
evening - 42 g reduced fat chedder (a)

Hmmm dont think red is for me. Was starving by the time i finished work and ended up eating a chocolate eclair off the bakery and a packet of wotsits. Im really skint till i get paid monday too so im just having to eat whats left in the house so ill do my best!!.

extra easy

lunch (early due to work) - 2 weetabix and banana (B)
snack at work - apple
dinner - cheese and leek pasta n sauce (1)

dinner - pasta bake made with cheese and leek pasta n sauce (1), bacon and cheese (a)
 
i have to admit i have been on a bit of a binge since my weigh in last thurs and have been very naughty. But this stops NOW! Even though i have already ruined today with a pre packed sandwhcih i am having a sw dinner and back on plan 110%

today

b - fruit salad, yoghurt
lunch - 2 alpen light, apple, banana
pre packed chicken and stuffing sandwhich on malted bread -OOPS!
dinner- chicken, bacon and sw roasties with gracy (2)
 
Weds plan...RED

breakfast - fruit salad with yoghurt, cup of tea
lunch - 3 boiled eggs with 2 slices of nimble toast (b)
dinner - 2 cod in butter sauce (4) with a jacket potato (b)
evening - fruit, yoghurt, 2 ryvita (3) with cheese (a)
 
Thursdays plan...RED

breakfast - poached eggs, bacon and tinned tomatos + 1 nimble (3)
lunch - 4 ryvita with 6 extra light laughing cow (b + a)
dinner - syn free bolognaise with pasta (b) and some parmasan (a)

another shitty day yesterday - had a meal out (indian) and alcohol.

Saturday - Green

snack - plate of strawbs
l - 4 ryvita (b) and 6 extra light laughing cow triangles (a)
snack - apple, satsuma, muller
d - jacket potato with beans and cheese (a)
evening - frozen muller
 
You seem to be very low on vegetables? Isn't sw supposed to be a balanced diet? I see many people's diaries that are very low in veg but high in fruit - but it appears to work for them. But is it good long term? I am a bit of newbie on SW and curious about this.
Is it the case people find it difficult to incorporate veggies into lunches etc?

I just hate veg lol, i do try to have it with gravy on and i dont mind processed peas but i probably dont eat enough, it just makes me heave!

sunday - red
b - 28g puffed weat with banana
lunch - 4 ryvita with 5 lc (a + b), apple, orange, muller
half a bag of grapes
Dinner - roast chicken with brocolli andcarrots with gravy and 2 mini yorkies (6)
muller and strawbs
