b - 2 weetabix with banana (b + a)
l - tin of tuna and extra light mayo (1)
d - 2 cod in butter sauce (4) with a medium jacket spud (b) and green beans

Tuesday...RED

b - 2ryvita with 2 el triangles, strawbs, banana
l - 2 ryvita with 2 el triangles, half a packet of tikka chicken, apple
dinner - ham, eggs, plummed tomatoes, mushrooms and 2 slices of nimble (b)

3 weeks today till my holiday! Also weigh in tonight.

Thur....Red

b - strawbs, apple, satsuma and FF yoghurt.
l - 4 ryvita with cheese triangles (a + b), packet of chicken
d - home made syn free bolognaise with mushrooms, onions, tomatos and peppers with wholemeal spaghetti (b)
 
Fridays plan...RED
breakfast - banana, strawbs, grapes, yoghurt
lunch - 4 ryvita with cheese triangles - b +a
Dinner - roast chicken done in the slow cooker with loads of carrots, brocolli and green beans with 2 syns gravy and 2 mini yorkies - total 6 syns.

Will have a b and a left to use up for the evening with either more ryvita or some cereal
 
Saturday....RED
b - 2 nimble (b), 2 eggs, bacon and tomatos
l - 4 ryvita with tub of cheese (b)
d - half a roast chicken, mixed vegetables, 2 mini yorkies(4), gravy (2)
 
sundays plan...green
b - beans on 2 slices of nimble (b)
l - 4 ryvita (b) with cheese (a)
d - ww lasagne (5.5) with jacket potato stuffed with cheese and baked(a)
 
Thursdays plan....Red

b - banana
l - 2 nimble toasted with marg (b +1), 2 boiled eggs. Grapes, blueberrys and banana covered in natural FF yoghurt
d - WW lasagne (i love them!!) (6) plus a cheesy jacket spud (a+b)

highlights dark hot choc - 1.5

total syns 8.5

Went to weigh in and had gained 0.5lb so came home and did a 40 min work out.

Woke up and did a 45 min cardio workout

Fridays plan - EE

b - apple, satsuma, bluberrys and grapes covered in natural FF yoghurt.
l - 4 ryvita with 4 ellc triangles - b+a and some chicken pieces. Tin of heinz spag bol (3)
d - mushy pea curry with chicken and sw chips
evening - highlights dark chocolate drink 1.5syn
half a rowntree sugar free jelly 1.5

total syns...6

saturdays meal plan...green

d - tomato wholemeal pasta and sauce. mixed fruits with natuaral ff yoghurt.

evening - curly wurly (6)

have a b left over too if i need it. Not a great day in terms of veg etc but its weekend i see green days a treat and its better than ordering the takeaway we were going to for valentines xx

done my 45 mins cardio workout which i have increased slightly and also walked to and from work today (only 5 mins each way but every little helps!)

worked 11-3 so didnt get chance for lunch so had a hard boiled egg and some roast chicken afterwards.
cup of coffee with 1 sugar (1)

You've done so well, what with working shifts as well!

Just a thought, could you not change your WI treat to something calorie free?
Get your nails done (or do your own) go to the pictures after class?
Your DP can have the kids lol!
 
Thats a good idea thanks. I dont really have a WI treat anymore its more like falling off the wagon all weekend lol. I must admit its very hard working at Waitrose as everything is sooo gorgeous and yummy and right under my nose. When you finish your shift starving hungry and then have to walk past al the fresh bakery items its tough work!! Thanks for commenting xx

breakfast - 1 weetabix broken up with natural ff yoghurt, blueberrys, chopped banana and apple

lunch (at work, more of a snack) - alpen light, apple, shape yoghurt.

snack - grapes, banana

dinner - home made syn free cottage pie and beans

did my 45 min workout this morning

b -yoghurt.

lunch - 4 ryvita with 6 ellc triangles, 2 hard boiled eggs

dinner - syn free bolognaise with 100g wholemeal pasta (b) and cheese (A)

I dont have a weigh in now for 3 weeks as im going on holiday next thur so this is very dangerous for me! but will try to be good until i go away. Got a spray tan on tuesday so thats enough to keep me in line until then as ill have to stand in my undies infront of a barbie doll!

friday - red

45 min work out

l - egg and bacon on toast (b + 1 for marg)
d - left over syn free bolognaise with cheese (a)
evening - will use my b choice on something when i get in from work at 8, probably ryvita or toast.
