Alcohol (in particular - vodka!)

Hi :)

Just a quick question!

As it was a lovely day today, I went to a friend's early on, and stayed for the day - ended up having three double vodkas (I am doing the old weight watchers plan 123 sucess, and a 25ml vodka is worth 1 point) so I had 6 points worth of vodka :S Anyway, I stuck within my points limit for the day, but I just wondered that since I had so much alcohol, is that worse for losing weight? :S
 
I think sometimes alcohol can throw out your fluid balance. I had a bit too my much on Saturday and I still feel dehydrated. But I have drunk gallons of water and feel bloated so if I were to weigh now I would probably show as up. Never again (famous last words). Also I stuffed my face when I got in so that doesn't help either. I am still just in points but think I will have to do plenty of exercise to pull it back.
 
i might have reduced my food intake but my vodka intake hasn't altered :party0016:
