I was wondering about this too, I have a party next weekend. But the way I see it, iv drank NOTHING except water for the past 3 weeks so feel I deserve a wee treat

Been doing pretty well so far, started slimfast on 30th July and have lost 10lbs since then, although my next weigh in is Monday so 'im hoping more has come off! What about you? How are you finding it?
