This food challenge tonight has got me thinking... I know what the good choices are hooray, it's balance I have a problem with!!

i have mega problems in choosing what to eat. had today off plan and looked in the fridge. looked in the cupboard and the freezer and then walked away. i just can't choose what to eat. i'm lost. on the 810 plan i'm not lost. i can't live my life on the 810 plan though.

i can't believe that this is the last UK BL. surely not. crazy isn't it.
