"All I want for Christmas.."

I'd love to be 10 stone exactly at Xmas.

When I was at 11 stone I thought if I lost another 7 lbs that would be my target.

But am now 10.11 and 4lb won't get me to where I want to be.

So final target is 10 stone, to be there at Xmas would be fab.

Have STS for a few weeks, so have to get motivated (at least I know how to maintain!!)

Thats so true. I still see myself as the 'fat girl'. Im sure it will come soon. When i look in the mirror i look exactly the same!

Couldn't agree with you more. I've lost almost 2 stone however I look in the mirror and see the same person. I hope by the time I've got to target my mind will have caught up and I like what I see

At my heaviest I weighed just over a stone more than I am now and I don't really see a difference when I look in the mirror but if you look at old photo I think you can tell. So maybe if you find some old photos these might make you feel better.


All I would like for Xmas is to be under 10 stone, and if Santa is feeling extra generous I'd quite like to fit in to my old size 10 jeans, so heres to wish and being a very very good girl!
