All or nothing (mandys diary)

Brilliant, at least you'll know how to handle it in future. I was getting light headed and felt sick with hunger in the morning so cut out salt in the evening and caffeine after the morning and it made all the difference. I also tend to drink a pint of water during the night but that has the inevitable side effect of needing to pee lol.
 
Doing great this week. Ketosis is well and truly kicked in and feel fab. Only thing worrying me is i have a planned night out on Saturday. The plan is cocktails at mine then out to a casino night. I know i cant safely stay in ketosis if i plan to drink so gonna have to have something to eat that night. Im conident now thouh that i can do it and get back on track on sunday. xx
 
2nd weigh in

So guys ive decided not to weigh in this week. Silly really but i know a small loss or no loss will really knock me this week. i had a planned night out on Sat....drank way too much cocktails, vodka with full fat coke....you name it lol. As you can imagine the hangover wasnt nice, but the chinese i had to cure it!! Well needless to say im not expecting to lose weight this week. saying that im not dissapointed with how i behaved cos i dont get out often and i will not deprive myself of a good night out now n then!
 
as long as you enjoyed your night out, we all need to have a blowout now and again. back on track now? i'm thinking of getting in touch with my old cambridge diet counsellor once i'm established in ketosis and asking for porridge + water flavouring + tetra packs, and sort of mixing up the exante + cd products a bit for variety. x

Ive come to see tonight that the words support mean different things to different people hence the reason that i will now post my opinions on MY diary and if people dont like or agree with them they have no need to post in here. :)
