Thanks to whoever suggested putting choc/fudge flavour Alpen lights in the microwave (cant seem to find who it was). So yummy. I felt really naughty.
Are the apple and saltana flavour a HE aswell?

What are they like if you microwave them? How long do you do them for? I can't search forum for some reason - keeps saying my token has expired??? Not sure what that means! Any ideas?

What's nice is crumbling a bar up in a fat free yog :D and it's filling :)

I like two choc and fudge in a bowl microwaved for 20 seconds and then broken up :) I did add some LF custard the other day - a small pot is 5.5 syns but very satisfying

Love alpen lights- seen recipe for using the bars crumbled up as base for cheesecake. Mixing quark with options or splenda for a very low syn or even free treat!
