Not sure if this should be a in the healthy extra section.. Anyway - I've been given 3 sachets of the raspberry, apple and raisin porridge which the online thing says 7 and a half syns.. Is there any way i can say this is a hexb with a few extra syns rather then blow half my days syn budget on them? Or do i have to stick with the things on the list to ensure they are 'fibery' enough!?
