I bought some little cartons of choccy soya milk for myself as a treat...thinking they would be low syn as they are soya...supposed to be healthy etc etc

9 Syns!!!!!

I bought 2 packets of 3 now, wish i'd checked first :cry:

its amazing the things we think that are low fat isnt it. I brought some malt loaf thinking it would be o.k only to find out that a really small slice is 4.5 syns!!.

Soya milk is low-syn enough to be a Healthy Extra I think, so it's obviously the 'choccy' part of the equation that's let it down.

Choccy anything is always going to be quite high in syns.

I love all these, the banana is my fave but I've not even looked up the syn value as had a feeling they would be high
