Am I doing it right?

    Hi there, 1st day today!! Not sure I'm following it properly !! This is today's diary if anyone can let me know anywhere I'm going wrong....

    Breakfast - No time!!

    Lunch - Baked potatoe with cheese & beans (7 syns - 6 for cheese & 1 for potato)

    Dinner - Sliced sirloin steak with fat cut off with stirfry veg & egg noodles (all free)

    HexA - 2 Babybel lights
    HexB - Alpen light toffee fudge
    Snack - Toffee muller light

    Any help appreciated xxxxx

    Day 2 not sure I'm doing it right still!!

    B - 2 pork links, poached egg, bacon no fat and beans (8 syns)

    L - No time

    D - Slow cooked chilli, steamed rice & baked beans (LO never ate lol)

    HexA - 2 Babybel lights
    HexB - Alpen light bar choc fudge
    Drinks - diet coke

    Hi What are the pork links. Also I don't see any super free today it's really important that you have a third of your plate super free.

    Soz pork links are sausages! And I also had loads of mushrooms with breakfast! Chilli had kidney beans, peppers, onions and mushrooms in aswell. X

    So the pork links are the syns in breakfast?

    Kidney beans are not super free just in case you don't know.
    My only comment would be eat more you haven't had time for lunch both days maybe prepare something the night before?

    Yep there the breakfast syns!!

    I thought they were, thanks for that! I know I'm training to be a nurse so difficult at times to get 3 meals but will def need to try and fit them in x

    Yes I can imagine they are difficult. If you have time to cook batch cook and put in freezer or a lot of people on here have leftovers from their dinner for lunch

    Breakfast - 2 grilled bacon no fat, beans & mushrooms (Free)

    Lunch - 2 McCains jackets, cheese & beans with salad & splash balsamic (8syns)

    Dinner - Out bowling hence the big lunch

    HexA - 2x Babybel lights
    HexB - 2x Wholemeal bread with brekkie
    Drinks - Diet coke

    Added some Asda tikka chicken ready to eat & a muller light x
