Am I in ketosis?

Hi, the ketone stick is medium to dark pink, is this ketosis? I'm freezing and I'm a lot less hungry than yesterday. I'm on day 3 of ss...

some people say I'm dehydrated but I'm drinking a lot of water, 7-8 pints( I never drank water before this diet and ketone stick was always a cream colour).
