Well I havent been online much other than a quick browse. Put on 1.5lbs :confused: totally gutted, I did go over my syns by having a few extra chocolate bars and crisps but nothing major, thought I would have had at least STS or lost half a pound :cry: was quite bloated at weigh in for some reason too? Anyway I said I wanna loose 3lb next WI!

Finding it so hard to come online lately, just so busy with work, looking after the little monster, cleaning and everything else!

Lost 2.5lbs on Monday, chuffed with that :) I went on the powerplate twice that week so dunno if that helped?
After weigh in, me and OH stuffed our faces with chocolates, crisps then a mcdonalds :( Not going to syn it just start fresh.

Right ive decided track my food again. Fell offthe wagon, started again last Monday and lost 6.5lbs, think it was due to stress too lol. Weighed yesterday (not official,thats tonight) and gained?!? Wtf :(
