Hiya hun! How did WI go then? Hope it went OK!! Birthdays only come once a year and we deserve to enoy them and it looks like you're definitley back in the game so onwards and downwards from here! :D

My OH does stuff like that as well - makes me some toast and smears it with butter - errrr, cheers!!! Not! :rolleyes:

WI is tonight hun - I just started worrying about it yesterday!! Hehe!
 
Friday 11th February - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Fruit Salad and Yoghurt

Snack - 2 plums

Lunch - Roast Chicken, Boiled Egg and Salad. Banana

Snack - Apple. Boiled Egg, Leftover Chicken.

Dinner - 5 tesco meatballs (4.5 Syns) with spaghetti and sauce made with passata, pepper, onion and oregano.

Pudding - Meringue nest (3 syns) with frozen raspberries and yoghurt.

Syns - 7.5
 
Saturday 12th February - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Fruit Salad, Yoghurt, Banana

Snack - Banana, Plum

Lunch - 5x Finn's Multigrain Crispbread (HEB). Philadelphia X light 35g tub (2 syns). Salad.

Snack - Apple

Snack - Leftover Savoury rice, 3x mini babybel light (HEA) as dinner not until 9pm!!

Dinner - going out for valentines with OH!! Whoop!!!!

It was lush though!!

45 syns best guess for dinner!

Total syns used this week = 60.5

So 44.5 left for 4 days - aim to keep under 10 a day!
 
Sunday 13th February - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Omlette with eggs, peppers, onion, bacon, 21g Cheese (1/2 HEA). Ketchup (1 syn)

Snack - Apple, Fibre Plus, Banana, 2x cadbury cookies (6 syns)

Dinner - Pork chop, mashed potatoes and veg (6 syns for gravy/butter in veg)

Total 13 syns

Thanks both!! Hoping my 8 hours of Zumba last Friday will help burn off the Valentines meal!!

Am now a qualified Zumba instructor though so excited about starting my own classes - won't be able to skive classes then!!

Lunch - Chilli with Rice, 3x Babybel light (HEA). Activia Yoghurt.

Dinner - Tesco light choices chicken in tomato and basil sauce (1 syn). Vegetables.

Snack - Banana, 2xPlum

Lunch - Chicken Breast in sauce (1/2 syn) with vegetables. Raspberries with yoghurt.

Snack - Fibre Plus (HEB), Apple.

Dinner - Banana, Activia Yoghurt and 2 cadbury heart pralines (3.5 syns)

WI tonight and not feeling too bad - enjoyed my night out on saturday and the wine but got back on track so hopefully will still get a loss!

New week and this weeks challenge is a uni reunion ball on Saturday and lunch out on Sunday. I think that drink may be involved!! Going to try a few red days this week and see what happens.

Thursday 17th February - Red day

Breakfast - 2x Weetabix (HEB) with Milk (HEA) topped with strawberries and an orange.

Snack - Banana and Nectarine

Lunch - Chilli with tomatoes, peppers, onions. Activia Yoghurt and 3 clementines. Tesco Mini Muffin (4 syns)

Don't be scared - Zumba is all about having fun and it doesn't matter if you aren't doing exactly the same as the instructor thats just adding your own "flavour"!!! Shame you are not local otherwise you could come to my class! I wouldn't be scary - promise!!

2 cadbury pralines (3.5 syns)
