Amy's "kick up the bum" diary!

Don't think i'm going to cinema tonight now. The showings are all really early (at like 3 different cinemas!) so we just won't make it!

Ah well means I can prob have a curly wurly for my syns later!!
 
Slight change to last night syns but still within (just)!

Saturday 21st - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries) with muller yoghurt

Snack - Banana, Grapes

Lunch - Mixed Pepper omlette with 3 eggs and HEA of cheese, baked beans.

Snack - 10 x Mikado (5 syns)

Dinner - Chilli (packed with extra veg!) with Rice. Bit of extra cheese (3syns)

Supper - Pink & White (2.5syns)

Off to make some muller ice cream for later and have a go on the wii. - half an hour done!

Not enough superfree today but find it difficult on a saturday!!

Sunday 22nd - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Sausage sandwich (Sainsburys BGTY 1/2 syn each = 1 syn), Ketchup= 1syn, Banana

Snacks - Grapes

Sunday Roast - Lamb, potatoes, green beans, carrots, 2 roasts (4 syns), gravy (2 syns)
Lemon meringue pie (11 syns)
J20 - (6.5 syns) OMG!!:eek:

Snack- Mikado (3 syns)

Supper - Berries and Muller Ice Cream

Well yesterday went a bit wrong!

After we walked for 2 1/2 hours both to and from and also round the bullring we were invited to the in-laws for sunday lunch and so my SW sunday roast got scrapped!!

Had to make the best of what I was given = more syns than I should have.

Ah well.
 
Monday 23rd - Red day

Breakfast - 28g Optivia Berry (HEA/B) with extra berries

Snack - Banana, Grapes

Lunch - Minced beef with broccoli and peas

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Chicken with Stir Fry Veg and extra pepper with BBQ sauce (3 syns)

Snack - Fibre Plus bar (HEB)

Total so far = 3 syns

You still have syns left this week to get you through till Thursday! You will be fine!

With all the water and exercise I can sense a good week for you!

I'm just annoyed that yesterday turned so easily. Had lunch all planned out and then went to in-laws where I had no control - Aghhh!

Booked in for Advanced Step class tonight so gonna work off that Lemon Meringue!!

you too honey - ive still got my Ozzie rellies with me tonight, so going to try to do a 'bits and pieces' meal tonight, and just have some bacon and pasta and some salad - they can have the chicken wings and pate and rolls ive bought......fingers crossed the warm bread doesnt tempt me!!! xxxx
 
Well I went to advanced step last night - got told off by the instructor for being missing for the last few weeks!! Ooops!

Here is diary for today -

Tuesday 24th Aug - Red day

Breakfast - 2x weetabix (HEA/B) topped with summer berries

Snack - Banana, Grapes

Lunch - Chilli and Salad. Muller light

Snack - 2x Plums

Dinner - Out tonight watching football so will grab something quick, possibly 2x Quorn Sizzling burgers (2 syns) on HEB bread with cheese. Ketchup (1 syn)

Quarter of McD's Med fries - 4.5 syns
Slurp of full fat coke - 3 syns

Apple

Total 10.5 syns.

Dinner last night was yuck! Really didn't like the taste of those burgers - such a disappointment! Chucked half of it away and didn't have time to do anything else!

Matt went to McDonalds for his tea I had about a quarter of his regular fries (4.5 syns) and a slurp of his full fat coke (estimated 150ml = 3 syns). It could have been a lot worse!

Was pretty hungry when I got home but it was late (Dam football went to extra time!!) so grabbed an apple and went to bed.

Estimating 10.5 syns for the day so not all was lost.:D

Wednesday 25th Aug - Red day

Breakfast - 2x weetabix with summer berries (HEA/HEB)

Snack - Banana, Grapes

Lunch - Minced Beef with Broccoli and Green Beans. Muller Light

Snack - Apple, Curly Wurly (6syns)

Dinner - 2 x toast HEB with bit of Flora light (2 syns)

It's WI day again!!

For the first week in ages I haven't gone over my syns have been to the gym so am feeling more confident about my WI result.

The only thing that is slightly worrying me is that * week is due so might reduce my losses as tend to lose less the week before!

I REALLY WANT MY 3.5 STONE AWARD!!! PLEEEEEEEASE!!!:sign0009:

2lb is all I need and I have been really good!!

Update on goals from last week..........


:)to do at least 2 sessions in the gym this week either classes or swimming.
I did one class on Tuesday - didn't make swimming but did some Wii fit and lots of walking this week.
:)to be 100% on plan food wise not
going over syns
Done - Total 83 syns for the week - Result!!
:)to drink plenty of water every day (at least 1L at work)
Yep - Done this as much as I can, not been so good at home after work though!
:)incorporate as many speed foods into meals as possible
Had a selection of berries on hand this week so good breakfast everyday. Plenty of fruit and veg/salad with lunch. Not too bad!

Overall not too bad! Will set some more for next week after WI later!

Good luck Amy - ive been a very bad bear this week (3 takeways, 2 meals out and * week too) so i am not hopeful - and after a sneaky look this AM i am 2lbs on!!! tonight will tell though!

Thursday 26th August - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Chopped Pear and berries with Cherry Muller light.

Snack - Banana, Plums

Lunch - Tuna Mayo salad (1 syn for Mayo). Shape zero yog.

Then WI..................

After WI - Grapes, Apple?

Dinner - WW Chicken Curry with Rice (4.5 syns). Hi-fi bar (HEB)

Total - 5.5 syns
 
Well I lost 1.5lbs - really good but just slightly gutted I missed my sticker by 1/2lb!!! I WILL GET IT NEXT WEEK!!!!

Ah well on to this week.........
