Ok, I did post my food diary in my other dairy the other day, and have been meaning to come and start one here...so here goes 
My points allowance is 31, this week I have been "kickstarting" so trying to stick around 25.
Sunday 1/2
Breakfast- Banana 1.5
Milk for the day 1/2 pt s/s- 2.5
Lunch- 2 Bread 2.5, wafer thin ham 0.5, laughing cow triangles (2) 1.
Pk frazzles 1
Light choc moose 1
Snack- Pk butterkist popcorn 2
Dinner- Quorn korma thing!!- 5
Stir fry made with special rice, onions, peppers and soy sauce- 2.5
Meringue with sm formage frais- 1.5
Malteasers: 3.5
24.5..may add to that, v.hungry today! Or bored, one of the two!
