another newbie

been a bad girl today was running round like a nutter all day and forgot lunch, not like me at all but had

sultana bran and s/skimmed milk

weight watchers chicken hotpot
muller rice
 
never mind - bet you will be really good tomorrow to make up for it ;)
 
well today going to have to make it up as i go along, need to go shopping lol

2 slices malt loaf and a banana with bottle water

lunch
probably a boots shapers wrap and some sort of fruit salad

ww lasagne with mixed veg and a mullerlight

have fruit and snack a jacks available for inbetween times, not that i have inbetween times at work lol

lol it went down very well and was very much enjoyed, was still quite a healthy choice though because the chicken was grilled with loads of salad on a pitta bread
 
they are a bit bland on their own, i had mine in a pitta bread with mushy peas and mint sauce which sounds awful but was really nice, they also nice chopped up and tossed into a salad or in a bun with salsa and some potato wedges and a nice side salad

and chicken with tomato and basil sauce and new pots and veg for dinner

feel like i have eaten loads today

soup and a bagel
muller rice

oh and pinched half a snack a jack from neice earlier

so not that much but feel fat and bloated uurgh
 
another day down lol, been run off feet at work today and am shattered eaten reasonably well and not had anything i am ashamed of either

i love lemon sorbet but only have about 1 scoop a week cos it got loads of sugar in, but then again i need to get some energy from somewhere because i dont seem to be eating many carbs or fat at the moment
 
no there doesnt seem to be a happy medium unfortunately

bbq chicken pieces with salad and couscous yum
ww very sickly chocolate pud but very nice

and STILL coming up under cals so i going to go munch a packet of low fat crisps to just take me above 1200

low sugar low fat jelly

crabmeat and pasta salad

ny deli onion bagel
1/4 pot cottage cheese

added supper in an attempt to get cals up as i falling low all the time
