another newby

Hi All, I have 6 stone to lose and can safely say I have tried every diet under the sun over the last 20 years! My problem is portion control and whilst I know the various diets do work, will power and portion control with me at present do not. I am hoping SF will give me the kick start and help me reset my dinner plate size - less tempation too as I can just reach for the shake! Any hints and tips welcome. I understand that I have 2 shakes 2 snacks an an evenign meal of 600cal. Is this correct?

Slim fast , does what it says on the tin hehe
I Have lost some weight with slimfast in the past , but might be best to have a look on the threads of slimfast see what people have said

SLIMFAST - JUNE CHALLANGE
I would like to get to my first target weight this month so would like to lose 3lbs (hopefully more).

19/05 - 3lb loss :p
26/05 - 2lb loss :) = 7lb loss May

JUNE CHALLANGE - lose 3lbs
02/06 - STS - enjoyed my meal out though :drool:
09/06 - 3lb lost :wow:
16/06 -
23/06 -
30-06 -

MINI CHALLANGE - to be under 12 stone - 14/4/08
- to be 11stone 7lbs - 19/05/08
- to be 11 stone - 09/06/08
To get to 1st target by the end of June (lose 3lbs) done 09/06
- to be 10 stone 7lbs
