Hi All, I have 6 stone to lose and can safely say I have tried every diet under the sun over the last 20 years! My problem is portion control and whilst I know the various diets do work, will power and portion control with me at present do not. I am hoping SF will give me the kick start and help me reset my dinner plate size - less tempation too as I can just reach for the shake! Any hints and tips welcome. I understand that I have 2 shakes 2 snacks an an evenign meal of 600cal. Is this correct?
