Just thought I'd sign up for some support and advice.
Im a 37 year old guy, who has been sitting at around the 17st mark (237lbs) for a while and am finally doing something about it.
I've joined the All about W8 Rapid program starting today. I've just come from the initial meeting with the advisor (who was really nice) and she asked me what I would like to get down to...and before i answered, followed it up with '13st' ?. I would be happy with 15st, so am quite excited in doing this.
Looking forward to getting stuck in and posting pics etc.
