Any ideas...?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a little inspiration from your good selves. Myself and my OH are following Exante, a mixture of TS and WS and we have 2 friends coming over for dinner next week that are both following WW.

So the question is, assuming OH and I are on a WS day, what exciting meal can I concoct that would suit both Exante and WW? Have never done WW so no idea what sort of things are better/low in points.

Help please? xx

I really like peri peri chicken stir fry, I used the shake as its just spices, no added sugar, it's really yummy!

Yum curvygirly sounds like a good idea for ws. Seasoning chicken with soup powder or even using as a stock to cook chicken breast like casserole? Green veg on the side? Xx

Oooh, I like the idea of using the thai soup as a stock for chicken. Mmmm, a definite one to try. I could serve it with some green veg - fine beans, asparagus, broccoli.

Peri peri sounds like something the OH would go for. Do you fry the chicken first and then add the spices, or do you add veggies to it first?

I cook the chicken a little then add the veggies and spice together, it tastes lovely.
I also have peri chicken on a bed of lettuse,cucumber,tomatoes, cooked peppers and onions,salsa,sour cream and a little grated cheese, its out of this world! home made guacamoli too, sorry about the spelling on that one lol

I don't think you could have those and stay in ketosis they are very high carb
