Any tips

I'm currently on. Exante but gave been dabbling with s&s the past couple of days, I need to add a meal fairly soon, what sorts of things can I have that won't scupper my weighloss?
Also my scales have been fairly static so I'm hoping this might well kick my metabolism up the bum too

s and s spag bol and 200g of recommended veg makes a fairly decent meal
and is part of the plan or were you meaning outside of a plan
