Hi guys I was wondering,
whats the weight-loss like if you've only got a couple of stone to lose? and at what weight will the chemist allow you reach before they say you need to stop the diet?
I'm feeling really motivated after seeing everyone's weight loss...Just hope it doesnt pile back on after??!!
