Me too.....mostly green and I chuck in the odd red. Can't get to grips with EE.....I think it's the 1/3 superfree every meal, it's not always easy. Glad to see someone else is addicted to Smash! I love it and everyone thinks i'm weird. Good for lunches as it fills you up all day.

Smash and spaghetti hoops is also yum. If you have a HEX spare then grab a couple of mini babybel lite and grate them in......delicious

Well who knows what I'm doing wrong then :(
I mean, I only had just over two stone to lose so I know it was never going to fall off me.. But a stone in 4 months is getting me down a bit now :(

I do only green days as i'm a veggie. My losses have been fabulous 22.5lbs gone had a couple of slow weeks where i stayed the same but that was my own bloody fault not the plan. I have a portion of heavy carbs such as rice pasta or potato. But i tend to stick with super free. I also add proteins in the form of pulses and eggs. I dont eat meat substitutes as the taste kinda like meat and have the same texture so all a little vile really in my opinion lol also I have a quite severe intollerence to soya and cant be dealing with mushrooms so pulses fruit veg, eggs and low fat dairy are my general diet mainstays . With your HEX's you can add things like nuts and dried fruit which is nice also you can have cream cheese which is always a nice change. If you do eat meat and fish you can have that as a healthy extra B to.

That it is. Also exercise balance diet and exercise are the keys to loosing weight. Doesnt have to be intense just some more activty in the day which makes you sweat a little :D

I just started adding some green days in this week as I had lost 16 lb then put half a pound on a week for 2 weeks, so decided needed to change something. I like the green days, like you say, more choice for HEX and especially if I'm home alone its easier to cook something without meat rather than using half a portion of meat from the freezer.

I made the pea and potato curry from the 100 green recipe book, added some broccoli that was needing to be eaten, it nice and tasty but not too spicy.

Looking forward to weigh in on Thursday to see if its helped bump me out of my slump.

    K xx

You're not too overweight so your losses are bound to be slower.

Pasta & sauce is ok as part of a main meal with lots of veg but very high in calories to be having as a snack.
Upping your vegetable and water intake will help reduce your higher calorie portion sizes.

I'd never eat pasta n sauce as a snack.. I'd usually have it with veg and quorn sausages..

Just tired of being a size 14 at 20 and feeling so unattractive :( sorry to just be moaning..
