I made a prawn risotto last night, just followed a basic risotto recipe, with plenty of veg like onions, mushrooms, courgette, plenty of seasoning and then add the prawns in for the last 5 mins of cooking, pretty simple and very very yummy! I was using very small prawns though so you'd probably need to cook yours for longer. It's a very filling and healthy dinner!

Marinade prawns in lime juice, grated lime peel, crushed garlic, chopped red chillies, coriander, then dry fry.
Lovely served over the top of a big juicy steak with a salad (or is it a bit cold for salad? - maybe jacket spud HexB and some veggies)

tiger prawn and chilli and ginger stir fry yummy!!

i use a tiny bit of olive oil, chilli and ginger to taste, soy sauce, little bit of sweetner and garlic

then stir fry any veg that tickles your fancy and add some noodles or rice
