I've been reading lots of the posts, and most people have been set a target by the pharmacist when they bought their LT, but I wasn't. To be honest, she was a bit vague.

So shall I just take it week by week as to how I look and feel?

I've set my own goal but my pharmacist has said to take it a stone at a time, otherwise it can be daunting!

My pharmacist just asked me what my ideal weight was and I said as low as possible lol. Going to talk to the head pharmacist man on Tuesday though as I'm worried about being pulled off TFR before I'm ready...

That's a very good point. I'm talking with mine next week about targets and want him to write it down and put in with my file. No going back on it then!! Mwahahaha

My chemist didn't ask but when i did my first ticker I decided on a number for my target then told my pharmacist and she wrote it down. When I get nearer then I'll reassess.

I know from past experience that 10st is grand for me but to be honest 11st would be a hell of an improvement on my weight now!
