asbos diary

thought i would do a on line diary as well as one at home:D

so, starting on my disasterous day today when i was told i gained 1lb:eek::cry:

am: 2 slices wholemeal toast,scraping marg, small glass fresh orange juice

lunch: broc/cheese pasta in sauce made with water, small glass water

dinner: fresh salmon with salad, 2 teaspoons low fat dressing, 1 large glass sugar free orange/pineapple diluting juice.

snacks: grapes, 2 ww sundried tomato & herb savoury biscuits with a scrapping of extra light philadelphia, 1extra light laughing cow triangle, 2 ww choc chip cookies.

am: 2 slices wholemeal toast with a scraping low fat flora, glass of orange and pineapple no sugar dilute juice

snack: thinking grapes and kiwi, extra light laughing cows x 3

lunch: going out so will pick up a salad or the like and some water

snack: more fruit

dinner: "think" we are having turkey and salad

snacks: 2 WW savoury biscuits with some extra light philidelphia and possibly 2 WW cookies, depends on how i feel
more fruit if i am peckish
