thought i would do a on line diary as well as one at home
so, starting on my disasterous day today when i was told i gained 1lb

am: 2 slices wholemeal toast,scraping marg, small glass fresh orange juice
lunch: broc/cheese pasta in sauce made with water, small glass water
dinner: fresh salmon with salad, 2 teaspoons low fat dressing, 1 large glass sugar free orange/pineapple diluting juice.
snacks: grapes, 2 ww sundried tomato & herb savoury biscuits with a scrapping of extra light philadelphia, 1extra light laughing cow triangle, 2 ww choc chip cookies.
