Asda good and counted cereal bars

Sorry if this has already been asked but are these classed as an healthy extra B? Only 71 calories and high in fibre, less than 3% fat?

It looks like the following are, the other flavours are just synned though. You can only have 1 as a HEB though, not 2 like the Alpens.

Asda Good & Counted Banana & Toffee Cereal Bar (1 x 21g)
Asda Good & Counted Apple & Raspberry Cereal Bar (1 x 21g)

I may need to try the banoffee ones, as it's my fave flavour but I don't like the Alpen version so thanks for asking!

Ohhh interesting, thank you for answering me! I must try the banoffee ones too!
I bough the chocolate ones and the apple and raspberry so I'll just have to syn the chocolate ones.
Do you happen to know how many syns? Xx

They're all 3.5 per bar except for the apple, which is 3 if not using it as a HEB.
