Hi Ellebear.

I read somewhere that you had quark and fromage frei you wanted to use up but I cannot remember where.

Anyway just wanted to pass this on to you.

I mix both with a tablespoon or 2 of sweet chili dipping sauce, and syn it, add very finely chopped onion and tomato so that it is like a creamy salsa dip and eat it as a dip with crudites of raw red pepper, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber etc.

It makes a fantastic snack or a starter on a day you feel you need more than just your main course.

Elle, It depends on how much fromage frei you use.

Do it according to taste. Add some and then taste lol !!!

Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, I believe, is 1 syn per tablespoonful. If I am wrong I am sure someone on here will kindly pint us in the right direction.
