So after last night's blowout I have decided to polish my halo once again and get back onto it. Hubby and the children had Red Rooster for lunch but I just got a bottle of diet coke and had fruit for lunch, we went to the park with the kids and on the way back stopped at a fruit market where I've stocked up on Mangoes, Papaya, kiwi fruit, watermelon, mandarins. I cook at the weekend so I am going to make a Mexican pasta bake for tea and have a huge fruit salad for afterwards! I've also got a batch of 9 mini quiches baking in the oven to snack on tonight if I am hungry after tea. I WILL be slim!!

Saturday 14th September

Really struggling being out here at the moment, I miss my friends and family, my old job and our old life. I WI this morning and STS, I know I should have expected it from the amount of syns I had on Friday but even so, it was a kick I didn't need when I am already down :( I've really hurt my knee too, it feels like my kneecap has moved out of place and my whole knee is so sore, I am off to the Dr's this morning to get it seen to. Oh and also we're supposed to have a storm here today, I am storm-phobic, it's one of the few things in my life which I am scared of. Not having a good time at the moment am I?! :rolleyes: Ahh well.

Going to try and keep some syns for Friday as I am off out to a chinese restaurant and for drinks for my friend from work who is leaving on Friday. I am having trouble having enough calories, last night I had to have the nuts as my HEB as I had only had 1000 calories all day and MFP was telling me off as you should have a minimum of 1200. I need to get some more fruit in me I think :)

I had blummin' oven chips AGAIN!! I have made it clear in no uncertain terms that I don't want oven chips again for the next few weeks, I don't want to waste 5 syns on some crappy tasting chips when we could make our own.
