august measurements

im an august restarter and am hoping to lose 19lbs in a month on lighterlife. this may not be possible so im gonna put my measurements down and i will remeasure at the end of august to see where im at. anyone wishing to do the same feel free. here goes nothing CHEST 37" WAIST 29" HIPS 39"

i just couldnt resist remeasuring just now and its chest 35" waist 27.5" and hips 38"..... not much on the weight loss but thats cheered me up no end xx

For me its much more important that I can fit into clothes I couldn't wear before rather than what the scales are saying! Well done

Sometimes in our group one of us would be disappointed if we had a small or zero loss.
The LLC would get the tape measure out and show us where we used to be - very powerful.

I love measuring myself!!!! (ooo errrr! LOL) makes me see how far I have come.

i get measured at 6 weeks so week today I will know how many inches etc ive lost since started
