Went to a gig, and got bought a shot for looking after some peoples seats haha, so thats where the jager comes in. Only just went over syns, so no biggie!

The bf had a takeaway chicken burger with chips, and I resisted pinching any and had an apple bag and an alpen instead :D *polishes halo*

I forgot to take a pic of my tea, but i'm sure everyone knows what spag bol looks like! I know it doesn't look like i've eaten alot, but i've only been up since 2.30pm :eek:

went to a friends BBQ for tea, I would have been more prepared, but we decided we wasn't going to go at first, then got guilted into going last minute. I *was* going to buy some quorn burgers and take my wholemeal breadcakes but due to unplannedness, didn't!

I had;

4 non measured vodka's with 'normal' coke
corn on the cob :D
1 sausage & white hot dog case
3 burgers & white baps
tomato and pepper relish
few bites of potato salad
bit of chicken and peppers
and bits of salad in burgers!

I had a good night though, and feel proper stuffed! Tried to limit syns during the day, so was glad for that! Think I might not eat much bread for the rest of the week after all of that though. I'm going to draw a line under today, and jump right back on the wagon. Had a good meal, and I know it's just that one night, and hopefully when the next bbq arrives I will hopefully be more prepared haha! Will make an effort to limit my syns during the rest of the week. I have nothing planned, so will hopefully stick to that.
 
Wednesday 30th March - Extra Easy

Well, after trying to reduce my syns to compensate for the BBQ yesterday, I went out for some drinks.... oops! not too bad, but I swear from now until.... tomorrow morning :eek: (i'm going home for the weekend, and not sure if I will be able to follow the plan to a T over the weekend... ooops! :rolleyes: ) I will keep syns down!!

Well, i'm going to have to write off Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I went home for the weekend, and didn't particularly eat lots, just ate all the wrong things! I did have one SW friendly meal a day though, but that doesn't undo all the wrong things haha!

I had a Burger King meal on friday, had chocolate for breakfast, lots of high syn alcoholic drinks and white bread sarnies on saturday and then went out for Sunday lunch :D

BUT, I've drawn a line and here's to the rest of the week on plan!

Oh, I weighed in on Saturday and STS.
 
Hi there. Your weight losses look really good to me, look at it over a month and you have done great. Once your back on track you should see the weight coming off again.
Iv noticed your info says your in sheffield, im not far from you, im in rotherham. I was at SHU but that seems ages ago. lol.
Im yet to find anywhere slimming world friendly for meals out, so do let me know if you have found anywhere. good luck for this week x

Hey :D I'm also studying at SHU at the moment, what did you study there?

My fave places/meals for eating out are;

McDonalds Chicken Salad
2 syns on red/ee

McDonalds Chicken Nugget Happy Meal
If you swap the chips for an apple bag or carrot sticks it is 6 syns for the nuggets.

Pizza Hut - Chicken or prawn arribatta pasta - 5.5 syns on EE

Wetherspoons - 5 bean chilli - 4.5 syns
Normal chilli & chips - 7 syns

ALMOST FORGOT!

NANDO'S! I get the 1/4 chicken with spicy rice -
1 syn for the rice and take the skin off the chicken and count that as free.
 
Morning, I studied Graphic design, and now do it as my job. What are you studying?

Not fussed on mcdonalds, but how did i not think of pizza hut!? lol. Nandos sounds good too.
Thanks for the ideas, im trying not to go off plan so keep cooking at my house for my friends insted of going out for lunch, (its starting to get expensive though).

If you have some pics that you want to put in your blog you need to upload them to a website like www.photobucket.com and copy the HTML code it gives you, then press the image picture in your new post on here and paste the code into the box that pops up. Hey presto, an image should appear :) xxxx

When I have cereal in the morning, I never use my full milk allowance. I don't drink tea, so wondered if anyone had any ideas of what I could use that 125ml milk on? It's not enough to warrant using my mint chocolate options sachets on :rolleyes:

I thought the smash pizza was quite nice!
As long as you get the base thin, it just tastes crunchy and like an italian pizza base.

Just finishing my first year at the mo, it's quite good :) bit stressful towards the ends of projects, but nothing too bad!

Well done not much of your 1st year left! it all goes down hill from there jk ;) It was chocolate that got me through uni! so i blame SHU for making me chubby (dont like the f word lol). do you plan your food or just have whatever you fancy on the day? I seem to be going to asda every other day, its sending me mental!

Me too, I put on nearly a stone whilst living in halls last year.
This year I moved in with the BF, and lots of sharing biscuits and meals out caught up with me also. I never learn haha!

I plan my main meals, but then just have whatever I fancy for lunch. I do go to co-op and McDonalds though in a week usually for a ready made lunch, but generally have tuna salad, baked fish or leftovers for lunch. Not in uni enough to warrant planning lunches far ahead!
