That's great! You were a good subject for our experiment. Will you just use your weeklies randomly this week or not use them at all?
 
I might randomly use weeklies as I please this week, I can't seem to stop using them LOL.

Ohh so close :) I have 1 stone 8lbs to go!! Ideally want the 8lbs before I start back Uni first week of October! What are your plans after you get to goal? Like how to maintain? Iv been thinking about that recently and how il manage ha xx

Well I want 12.5 to get into a healthy bmi but if I'm not happy when I get there I'll keep going lol. I've hit 2 more mini goals now (I think, I'll check when I'm on a pc)
Well to maintain they up your daily pp and you still get your weekly pp so I'll try that for a while. Maybe try simply filling for a while, it'll be more trial and error lol!! X

I recon ile give Wendi a go ...can u explain it a lil for me .... ive just found this post from some on ww .....

''For anyone who's interested I have converted it to ProPoints and am going to give it a go. I used 29 ProPoints for the lowest point days and have distributed the 49 weekly points across the other days in the same ratio as Wendie cam up with. This gives you the following allowances.

Day 4 47-51 ProPoints
Day 5 29 ProPoints
Day 6 38 ProPoints
Day 7 36 ProPoints
Day 1 29 ProPoints
Day 2 37 ProPoints
Day 3 30 ProPoints

This gives you a total ProPoints usage for the week of between 246 and 250. If you use your 29 a day plus the 49 weekly you use 252 so it comes out pretty close''


Do i have to follow it like this?!! so weigh day i only use 29?!!!
 
Or could i do this ..

Day 1 47-51 ProPoints (sat)
Day 2 29 ProPoints (sun)
Day 3 38 ProPoints (mon)
Day 4 36 ProPoints (tue)
Day 5 29 ProPoints (wed)
Day 6 37 ProPoints (thur)

I'm pretty sure you can do that hon! I followed it like this:

The way it would work is that you use all your standard Daily PPoints (29 for us hon) as usual but distribute the Weeklies as per below:

Day 1 +2
Day 2 +8
Day 3 +3
Day 4 +18
Day 5 +2
Day 6 +9
Day 7 +7

So there's actually no day where I didn't use at least 2 weeklies lol! ;) xx

and that doesnt add up .....
comes to 47 weeklies ?
 
It basically seems to be one high pp day, 2 "low" pp days and the rest "medium" lol. I'm sure we can play around with the days. X

Ahhh i seee, coz this woman has 2 days of just 29p ..... i think ile give it a go ... altho the day with LOADS of points seems quite daunting ... god knows what ile eat :rolleyes::p

Id love a loss higher than 2lb - which has been my highest loss in a week since i started .... be great to hit 9stone for my hol so i can compete with all those suuuuper skinny minnies in Ibiza !!!!
