''For anyone who's interested I have converted it to ProPoints and am going to give it a go. I used 29 ProPoints for the lowest point days and have distributed the 49 weekly points across the other days in the same ratio as Wendie cam up with. This gives you the following allowances.
Day 4 47-51 ProPoints
Day 5 29 ProPoints
Day 6 38 ProPoints
Day 7 36 ProPoints
Day 1 29 ProPoints
Day 2 37 ProPoints
Day 3 30 ProPoints
This gives you a total ProPoints usage for the week of between 246 and 250. If you use your 29 a day plus the 49 weekly you use 252 so it comes out pretty close''
Do i have to follow it like this?!! so weigh day i only use 29?!!!
