Oooh I love 'Monk' am watching the 3rd season at the mo

In regards to the pains we are all having - I'm posting this link & hope it's ok to post it!

It's like a mini electric blanket - the call it a heat pad but it has transformed my life (not even exaggerating) I have pain most days & was forever having to go downstairs to re-heat my heatpads or fill the hot water bottle!
Now I just plug this little beauty in & It's amazing - I'd marry it if I could!
It's £20 but worth every penny & it's going to last a darn long time

I love Monk too, I have all 8 seasons on dvd... Sad but true!
I want that heat pad!! I'm gonna hint to my OH about it heehee.

The pain today was fairly bad, think totm is making it worse somehow lol. Had a MAD busy day at work. Only had a sambo to eat so my OH bought me a "screme" egg for a treat lol.
Came home and mum had a lovely yellow thai curry made with low fat coconut milk (i only take a small portion but its lovely all the same!) Xx

Aye they do I had one other day they just green in mid! My hubby hadn't even noticed just shovelled it down lol x

Yeah tastes the same, just green goo instead lol. I hadn't had a creme egg in ages though. Still have a few pp left today as I missed brekkie this morning lol. X

Yay to getting off holiday weight Hun! Enjoy putting it on at the time but always best to get rid! Do u know it's 75 days til chrimbo! Omg!

Oh hon, I've a holiday in November and its an all-inclusive resort... god only knows how much I'll put on while away! Kinda dreading it... but I want to enjoy myself. Hope I dont put on too much as I was hoping to get to goal for xmas too!!

Sarah you'll love Lanzarote, its nice relaxing and usually warm. As far as I can remember the food was just lovely if you like seafood, but other stuff wasn't so nice. I love seafood so was delighted. Not to fattening either. xx

Ooooo, well i bought mine from morrisons ... they are treacle lollies - not chewy, hard... small enuf to be about 2pp's i recon rolleyes: lol) ... but ohhhhh sooooo tasty, and they last u a while ... made by 'dobsons' and come in a pack of 10 in a plastic container .... for £1.89 .... bargain!!
