Thanks girls gona get two dif types switch it up abit ha. Don't fancy cooked breakfasts in hotels so I'm happy with belvita want to keep on track as much as i can when I'm away :) xx

Gona have me a glass of water n brush my teeth.. That usually helps me not eat.. And with WI in the morning I can't afford to be eating this late tonight of all nights....
 
Iv never tried belvita before but they are decent PP and apparently very filling. Ha I need to eat light in the day as il be going out for dinner every night :/ xx
 
They are filling, if I eat 4 I'm satisfied till lunch generally. Sometimes I'll just have 2 plus a banana if I'm saving points for dinner or whatever. Its a good idea to bring them with you hon :)

Awwh Frances, I'm feeling peckish myself so I made a cup of tea just. I'm a terrible late eater... I used to binge on food in bed so nights are difficult for me sometimes. You had good intake today though chick, your body will be ticking over nicely :) x

If it wasn't the night before WI i'd have had myself a little something nice but I weigh in first thing so didn't want to add anything lol.. I used to snack til quite late but I have found now that I eat so much fruit n veg i'm not hungry (usually) in the evenings now.. And never normally that late (anymore!)
So I dont what i said and had my water and brushed my teeth and was down 3lb this week :D yay me :D Was expecting a gain as my intake most days has been so rubbish..
My sister in law is in hospital and my brother doesn't drive so i'm on hospital run duty this evening so have my rice soaking and my chicken defrosting so i can have my dinner soon as I get in the door and dont miss it again like Tuesday!! Only used 16pp's Tuesday coz skipped brekkie (bank drama!) and then missed dinner coz I was doing the hospital run.. So am prepared today :D
 
Great loss hon, go you!! You must be delighted with that, I haven't lost that much in one week since I started discovery LAST year. ;) I'll be lucky to get another pound this week I think, I'd be happy with a pound a week anyway, its slow but it adds up eh?! Do try and eat your dailies though hon, they're the minimum... I'll be keeping an eye on you and kicking you up the bum if you don't heehee! ;) xx Well done again hon, here's to another good week like that :D x

Was just saying to the girls in work I dont think I've lost that much in one week since I started back in January.. I dont think even my first weeks loss was that much..
Am chuffed as i was at a stand still for a while playing around with the same 2lb between gaining it then losing it then STS.. So glad its a good loss and hopefully the start of more.. I'd be delighted with a 1lb a week loss.. As long as its going down I dont care.. :D
Am really gona try eat at least my dailies every day this week.. Scouts honour.. lol

I think you'll have a good loss this week tho too hun.. You've shaken things up a bit with the Wendy plan and sometimes our body needs a little shake to get things moving.. You may not feel like you'v had a loss coz ya'v been satisified all week but satisfied is good :D Think positive and you'll get positive results :D

I'm trying... I'm TRYING to think positive and at the same time thinking "this is too good to be true?!" because I havent been hungry at all and had like 18 extra pp the other day (I thought my belly was gonna explode!). I do find myself being satisified quicker by smaller meals than I used to. Last night I had noodles and back in the day I could've ate a double portion (*ashamed*) but I was struggling through my ONE normal size portion :) really hope I have a loss this week... I'd LOVE 2lbs off especially cuz then I'd hit 11st 7lb (which is a lil mini goal of mine) but 1lb would be lovely... if I could consistently hit that I'd be delighted! I havent peeked at my scales at all this week (for once) so I dunno if I'm damaging or helping myself but we'll see on Saturday! ;) x

Nah.. I'll honestly be very surprised if you dont have a loss this week. You've been really good.. I think you maybe just dont feel it coz you haven't felt deprived.. Which is only normal..
 
Thanks hon, keeping my fingers crossed. I'm already way behind everyone else on here lol... only lost 7lb in like 8 weeks. Slooooowly coming off!!
