Lost a pound this week so obviously the CC does work!? Actually I think I was 11st 4 last week which would be 2lb gone but I'll take it as 1lb as I didn't update that last week. So now 11st 2lb. Can smell those 10s again! X

Thanks girls. I'm gonna give it another week anyway for sure. Think I can eat more doing CC than WW and because I earn cals from exercising, it motivates me to go out! Had a 45min jog today :) x

I feel the same! I don't feel like I'm on a diet, although haven't lost alot yet so I need to work my cals out I've been faffing around with them

Yeah it's great. Even this morning I'm like "will I go out for a jog, even just a short one & build up some cals just in case" LOL. My legs are a lil sore from yesterday though hmm. Xxx

Well I'd planned a jog today. Woke up with this terrible pain in my right foot. Like on the top of it from where my leg joins on up to my toes. Hmm... Might try to do my jog anyway? X

Thanks hon, I appreciate that :) my foot is still giving me pain there for some reason. I'm having a rest day tomorrow anyway (probs just a walk with the dog if anything).

I did manage my jog Liz. Did 50 mins of slow jogging (the hills were bloody killer). Did about 8.7km altogether. That's my best yet :)

My boss is coming tomorrow morning at half 10. I'm very nervous...

Yeah it's the longest jog I've done yet. Aiming for that 10k in june. Think my legs/feet need a rest now for a day though lol!!

Aye, I know I shouldn't be freaking it. It's just weird for me that my boss is coming here where I live. I already know it'll be fine but he makes me so nervous at the best of times. Luckily my manager is coming and she's nice (and has told me depression is in her family too). I think I'm afraid I'm going to either burst out crying OR come across absolutely fine (and they'll wonder why I've been off work at all).
