B-2-B Challenge~Now Closed..

Can I join in? Just started WW on Monday, but doing it myself (have all the bumf from previous attempts!) and this'll be good extra motivation! :D

B-2-B Day 1...

Good morning ladies.
Hope you are all raring to go and have planned your day so that you can add to the thread tonight.

Remember the basic rules every day are-
1.Eat 5 F + V.
2.Drink 1½ litres of water.
3.Do at least ½hr of exersice.
4.Stay within your points...

Ive had a 100% day so thought i would add mine now..
1.Drank 2 litres water so far.
2.Done 40 mins wii active workout.
3.Had 19½/20 points.
4.Had 1F+5V. :checkmark green:

P.S-You dont need to put your days food in the results we can add that to our own diaries..xx

I walked to work (20mins) and back (20mins) total 40 mins

I do quite well but could use the motivation to pick up and apple or banana rather than bag of crisps if im hungry lol
