The challenge is just to stay within your daily points allowance so AP's are extra anyhow,so if youve earnt em i see no reason why you cant eat em..

Just letting everyone know that i'm dropping out of the challenge a ( and any others i'm in) just feel at the moment like i need to tick along in my own little way, without any pressure- i know you lot dont put it on but its self inflicted!!
now I THINK I should have a tick today but I am over my points but NOT if I add the activity points
so feel free to ask me to remove it if we are supposed to stay within food points ONLY
so points allowance 19 and 7 activity points
1.Drank 2 litre bottles of water + extra water.
2.Done an afternoon of walking 9.39 miles
3.Had 21/19(+7ap) points.
4.Had 3f+3V.

4.Had 2+2V. so NOT enough to get my tick
5. I DID NOT eat the chocolate cheesecake I found in the freeze - OK OK I know it doesnt count
