Can you eat your AP? You'd still be within points but want to check with you first. xx
 
Huya hayley yes hun you can eat your AP's if you like.
The challenge is just to stay within your daily points allowance so AP's are extra anyhow,so if youve earnt em i see no reason why you cant eat em..:)

Just letting everyone know that i'm dropping out of the challenge a ( and any others i'm in) just feel at the moment like i need to tick along in my own little way, without any pressure- i know you lot dont put it on but its self inflicted!!

5. I DID NOT eat the chocolate cheesecake I found in the freeze - OK OK I know it doesnt count

Ok here is my B2B try-out now I wasnt very good but the proper test starts tomorrow!:D
