Back on it!

I was quite deflated, I only lost 2.5 pounds this week. I'm just going to keep going and see what happens. I'm not finding it too hard at the moment, fingers crossed for next weeks weigh in. X

Phantom last time my mum only lost 2lb her first week but had a massive loss week two! You can do it I know it's hard when you've had a disappointing loss but next week will definitely be more! Here if you need support ☺
 
I'm doing ok I think. Got my week 3 weigh in on Monday. Last week didn't lose much but I think this week is better. I'll be glad once I'm in the 12St mark then I know it's really working lol. How are you?
 
Good glad you're doing well! Hopefully you'll have a big loss!! I've got my second weigh in Monday! It's getting easier just finding it so boring and obsessed with listening to what other people have eaten haha x
 
Oh I'm like that lol. Always on my fellas back, what you having? Is it nice? Haha. Should hit my 10st goal in March according to a app I have lol
 
What I have learned is you have good weeks and bad weeks. Don't let it get to you, keep strong. If I can do 4 weeks anyone can. Keep thinking of your goal. I also added a weight tracker to my phone so when I feel low I look at the graph getting lower and it bucks me up.
 
woow well done love. Had my second weigh in today only lost 3 pounds so all in all I have lost 8 pounds. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, I have been drinking close to 3 litres a day

Just keep at it Lady sumo, like Nutty Bex said there's good weeks and bad weeks! Keep going 8lb is still brilliant in two weeks!! :)
 
Is anyone else thirsty all the time?! I'm drinking absolutely loads, but I still feel thirsty. I don't understand! I've got my 3rd weigh in tomorrow. I only lost 2.5 lbs last week so hoping it's a bit better this week.
