Okay so had a terrible week last week, things were pretty crappy and I slipped up twice. However I got back to it and now I am definitely in ketosis again and feeling fine! Been managing to do 20 mins a day on my new exercise bike and hoping for a good result when I go to my weekly weigh in, I hope all are doing well and sending positive thoughts to you all :D xxx

trust me I have no energy whatsoever, I think I am sleep walking though it everyday lol x
 
amonius I think you'r so fab for being able to get straight back on after that week you had! You are going to be great at this diet with inner strength like that =D xxx
