BACK ON TRACK..

HAD a bad weekend ate a curry,couldn't stand milk, couldn't eat potatoes, felt full up on special k cearal....

Ate for two days, and almost gave up on lighter life... Well im giving it another go and sooo wanna beat my goal of being a size 12 for may car show!

Got my weigh in wednesday and have emailed all my group not looking forward to it but just wanna go forward now and not back again!

Thanks girls i only lost it because of my weigh in last week and gained a 1lb, kepted battling with my head and gave in so , back on track and its gonna stay that way and im lucky i have a really good surpport group... thanks becky x
