Thursday - Extra easy
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), banana
Seafood sticks, apple
Dinner - quorn spaghetti bolognese, cheese (6 syns), yogurt
Tea - I actually cant remember :(
 
Friday - green day
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), banana
Apple, kiwi
Dinner - Pasta and sauce (0.5), banana, yogurt
2 x alpen bars (HEXB)
Tea - chicken supernoodles, pasta, grapes + strawberries, yogurt

I had 14 syns at work between chocolate and sweets

then forgot to eat all day as i was so busy so then had a pizza takeaway for tea :(
 
Sunday - RED DAY

Dinner - Apple, kiwi, 2 x alpen bars (HEXB), yogurt
Tea - Chicken in tomato and basil sauce (1syn), cheese 28g lo lo (4 syn), carrots, brocolli and califlower
Strawberries, grapes, love hearts (3syns)

Total syns = 8 syns
 
Tuesday - green day
breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), strawberries
Apple, 2 x alpen light (HEXB)
6 quality streets (12 syns)
Love hearts (3 syns)
Dinner - quorn spaghetti bolognese, kiwi, yogurt fat free
Tea - grapes
 
Wednesday - green day
breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), 250mlo semi skimmed milk (HEXA), banana, 1 x alpen bar (half of B)
Banana, 5 x quality street (10 syns)
Dinner - cheese and brocolli pasta and sauce - (half a syn)
3 packets of small love heart sweet - guess 9 syns, not sure?
Tea - jacket potato, beans and 42g red fat cheddar (HEXA)
I am now going to have the other alpen bar for B choice :)

Total syns = 19ish
 
Thursday - extra easy day
Breakfast - bacon, sausages (1syn), mushrooms, beans and 2 x wholemeal bread (HEXB)
Dinner - jacket potato, tuna, mayo (syns unknown as at college!!), banana, apple, strawbs, grapes, 1 x alpen bar (3 syns)
a packet of ginger bread mini men at college so syns unknown :(
tea - 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), seafood sticks and grapes
 
Friday -green day
Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread (HEXB), bacon - cant remember amount of top of my head but was a (HEXB), mushrooms.
Banana + apple
Dinner - pasta and sauce - (half a syn), love hearts (3 syns), kiwi, muller light
Tea - spaghetti quorn bolognese (onion, mushroom, beef stock, passata, quorn, spaghetti), 28g cheese (HEXA)
Muller light and alpen bar (3syns)

total syns = 6.5
 
Saturday - not sure what day haha!
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA), banana
Dinner - uncle bens sweet and sour rice pot, muller light yogurt, alpen bar (3syns), kit kat 2 finger (5.5 syns)
For tea I then had a 9inch chicken and mushroom, chips and a garlic dip from the takeaway :(

Punnet of grapes, uncle bens sweet and sour rice pot, muller light yogurt, love hearts (3syns), 2 x wholemeal bread (HEXB), 42g red fat cheddar (HEXA), 2 x alpen bars (HEXA), banana, little chocolate santa thing from m n s cannot find syns on SW website, so i guess about 10 syns

Dinner - quorn spag bol
Tea - fat free chicken and herb noodles, slice of white bread (4.5 syns)

wednesday - extra easy
breakfast - spaghetti in tom sauce on two slices of white bread (9 syns)
2 alpen bars - (HEXB), kiwi
dinner - cheese and brocolli pasta and sauce (0.5 syns), muller light, kiwi
Tea - spag bol (extra lean steak mince, passata, tomatoes, onion, mushroom and peppers) sprinkle of cheese on the top so syns unknown, 2 small pieces of red fat garlic bread so syns unknown again and a WW yogurt

Tea - quorn spaghetti bolognese + 42g low fat cheese (HEXA)

well i got weighed last night and i maintained so this week is the week, i want to lose 2.5 pounds!!

Tuesday - GREEN

Dinner - pasta and muller light
Apple

Then i went to the gym for an hour :)

Dinner - cheese and brocolli pasta and sauce (0.5 syn), apple, banana, muller light
Tea - chicken in tomato and basil sauce (0.5 syn), jacket potato + beans

Dinner - other alpen pan (other half of HEXB), jacket potato with beans, banana
I have been selling cupcakes all day long at college so i had eaten two :( god knows the syns!!
just got in now so had 2 HEXA of 28g cheddar :)
