Saturday - green day
breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEXB), raspberries, 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEXA) 1 alpen light bar (half of HEXB)
Other alpen bar (HEXB), banana, 3 packets of love heart sweets (9 syns)
Dinner - chicken noodles (Free ones), yogurt and apple
Tea - didnt have any as I went out and there was a buffet on so had a few crisps :(
 
sunday - green day
breakfast - 2 x weetabix (hexb), 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexa), banana
Dinner - pasta and sauce (0,5 syn), grapes, 3 x shrimp sweets (3 syns)
Tea - quorn spaghetti bolognese, 28g cheese (hexa), 2 x alpen bars (hexb) and yogurt.
Freddo - 5 syns

Tuesday - green day

lost 2 pounds last night wooo :D
