Back to Exante for health reasons

Looks like im crawling back again but for my health this time. Looks like i've got a hernia which is giving me some pain so hoping to get in the docs 1st thing to get it seen to. If it is i know they'll want me to lose weight if a repair is an option. Rather than faffing about i'd rather get on the shakes and get the weight off. I lost 3.7 stone last year with Exante due to acid reflux so seems its a good option for me when the health isnt great.

Update: Turns out its a cyst thats got infected so have to take a weeks course of anti-b's then back to docs to see about getting it removed. Mentioned Exante to the doc and although hes not against it says it'll be best for me not to do it whilst on the anti-b's. So looks like i have a weeks wait before my VLCD journey starts again.
