Hi all,

Ok so have lost the plot over the last few weeks and gone completely off the rails!! Not going to worry - just ready to get back on track now..

Going to get on some speed foods - i know berries are good, like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries etc.. can anyone suggest any other speed foods i can eat??

Going to get back to the gym again tonight too, this always gets me refocused!!!

Any speed meals or tips would be great!!!
