Bad first week result!!

Hi everyone,

I am really gutted just had first weigh in only lost half a pound!! Have had food diary checked not Gone wrong though haven't been weighing cereal so bought scales, have bern having too much. Any tips for inspiration to keep going??
 
Aw, what a shame! The cereal weighing is bound to help; yes it's relatively healthy stuff but easy to eat far too much of it! Keep going - half a pound off is soooo much better than half a pound on remember!
