Is it nearly October yet?

I have discovered over the last two days that bagels are a major trigger factor for me stuffing my face! I better explain,,, I love to toast them and have liver sausage slice and ketchup on them,.(sounds gross but believe me its good):D Any how the whole lot is 5 points at a time and is pretty much gone in 4 bites and im not very satisfied for long. The other problem is that when there is a bag sitting about I just want to eat them all, (and other crap also) After two days of eating with abandon ive finally decided never to eat bagels again and im now happily back on track, with a full belly and 4 points to spare for later.

Was just wondering what everyone elses trigger food are?? any non run of the mill things??

:)

I'm doing CD, but just had to agree with you about bagels - I adore them!! When I did Rosemary Conley, I used to have bagels with turkey rashers, lettuce and tomato ketchup - drool!!! :giggle:

That's what I like to have with them.

But I have to admit, for the amount of points it's not very filling. I try to avoid them now as well.

Mmm, bagels are just gorgeous. I have mine with ham and garlic and herb cream cheese, mmmmm!!

As for trigger foods, mine is pretty much everything! I don't think I have one particular thing that sets me off, just too much of anything sets me off into a binge. I do however try to keep peanut butter out of the house, because if I've got that then it's peanut butter on toast, peanut butter sandwiches, peanut butter on crumpets, (all with loads of butter of course!), or failing that then it's just peanut butter off the spoon, and I don't stop until I feel physically sick! Hmm, reading that back it just occurred to me that maybe that is one of my trigger foods, lol.

Bethany - you have never tried peanut butter?!

Oh dear, you haven't lived love! Lol!!

I've never actually worked out the points, because I eat so much of it when I have it that it'd be loads of points for me. Not sure how many points for a normal persons serving though :)
