Hi, all!
I've been on the cambridge diet for roughly 20 weeks now! I've lost about 38 kilograms and feel great!
However I'm having some problems slowly crawling up the steps.... I gave in to the temptation to cheat a little and ended up suddenly gaining weight. Obviously this won't be happening again, LOL!
However, it *has* made me slightly paranoid about the food choices I make now that I'm on step 3 and plan to remain here for an extended period of time until I start to lose weight steadily once again.
The main problem I have now is this: Step 3 doesn't give any measurements for the "salad lunch"!!!! So I have no idea exactly how many grams of vegetables i can use to make the salad or even if I *am* limited to greens alone...
Also, can anyone give ideas of suitable fat-free, non-oil based salad dressings besides lemon juice? For example, is Balsamic vinegar suitable?
